This is a youth softball team site. It exists so college coaches can find our players and so families can find the schedule. This page says plainly what we publish, what we collect, and how to have anything removed.
Each player has a recruiting profile and a page on the team roster. Those are public documents — the point is that a college coach can open one without an account. They carry her name, jersey number, position, graduating class, photograph, travel-ball history, achievements, school, GPA, and the coaching staff’s contact details.
Where a family has supplied it, a profile also carries the player’s own phone number and email address, because a coach who cannot reach an athlete moves on to one she can. That is each family’s choice. Nothing appears on a profile unless a parent or the coaching staff sent it to us — we do not estimate, infer, or fill in a field on a player’s behalf, and a field we do not hold is simply left off the page rather than guessed at.
We do not publish home addresses or dates of birth.
Any parent or guardian can have any detail removed from their daughter’s profile, or the profile taken down entirely, by emailing fg2030warneydiggle@gmail.com. No reason needed and no argument from us. We will confirm when it is done, usually the same day.
Search engines are asked not to index the profile documents, and this site’s crawler instructions disallow that directory. That does not make a profile private — anyone holding the link can open it — so the link is the thing to be careful with.
Parts of this site are staff-only and use Sign in with Google. When a coach signs in, Google tells us the email address on the account and nothing else. We check it against a short list of club staff, and if it matches we keep a session cookie so the page stays unlocked. We never receive a password and we do not read anything else from the Google account.
The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages get read and where people give up. Both set cookies and record general information about a visit — pages, device, approximate region. Neither is used to identify a visitor. There is no advertising pixel on this site, and we do not sell or share anything with anyone.
The athletes on this site are minors. Everything published about them is published at their family’s request for the purpose of college recruiting, and any family can withdraw that at any time using the address above.
