Foothill Gold 2030 is a 14U girls travel fastpitch team out of El Dorado Hills, California, built around the high-school graduating class of 2030. This is every player on it — who she is, where she has played, and what she has done.
Between them these girls have already been to PGF Nationals thirteen times — six of them in the summer of 2026 alone — twice played Alliance Nationals, and been to the Triple Crown World Series. That is sixteen national-tournament appearances between them, and not one of them has reached ninth grade yet. Around those weeks sits the ordinary work that produces them: Golden Glove and Bomb Squad honours, an All-Tournament Team, a second-place finish at the Triple Crown World Series, and a fall and summer spent on the PGF and Triple Crown circuits from Salinas to Surf City.
They are thirteen and fourteen years old, and most of them carry a second sport or something at school on top of a travel calendar that takes roughly a weekend in three from August to January. The paragraphs below are in jersey order, which is the only order this team keeps them in.
Bailey wears #1 and has spent the last two seasons playing a full travel calendar with LTG Lions 2030 — a fall and a spring of weekend ball, on a team that won far more often than it lost. She plays up the middle and in the outfield, which is the pair of jobs a coach gives the player she trusts to be in the right place. She is a base-runner first: the kind of player who turns a walk into a threat and makes the defence hurry.

London plays the corners, where every ball is hit hard and there is no time to think about it — first and third are the two places on the diamond that punish hesitation, and she wants them. She bats and throws right. Softball is what she has chosen to give her year to, and a full travel calendar is not a small thing to ask of a thirteen-year-old.

Alyssa has been to PGF Nationals three times — 2023, 2025 and 2026 — and to Alliance Nationals in 2025, which is a week only she and her sister on this roster have played. She was named to the All-Tournament Team at the 2025 Firecracker Invitational, and carries both a 1st-to-3rd Golden Glove and a Bomb Squad selection, which is the unusual pairing of a defender coaches point at and a bat they also point at. Off the field she has held Distinguished Honors since 2023, was Student of the Trimester, and tutors other students in math.

Amanda has the same three trips to PGF Nationals and the same Alliance Nationals week as her sister, the same Golden Glove and the same Bomb Squad selection — and she does it as a left-handed bat with a right-handed glove, which is a piece coaches build a lineup around rather than fill in. She has held Distinguished Honors since 2023, sits in Honor Society, and tutors math alongside her sister.

Aubree took second place at the Triple Crown World Series in the summer of 2025. She pitches and plays anywhere else she is needed, which is the most useful thing a fourteen-year-old can be. She works with a hitting coach. Away from softball she is her school's Student Council Vice President and plays basketball and water polo, and she has an Excellence in Physical Education award and two years of Honor Roll to go with it.

MJ catches, which is the position nobody volunteers for and the one every team is desperate to fill, and she wants it. Her record away from the field is the deepest on the roster: Rotary 8th-Grade Leadership, Associated Student Body, and peer tutor — that last one selected by her vice principal rather than applied for. Honor Society since 2024, Honor Roll through 2026, and an Excellence in Physical Education award. She reads, swims and hikes.

Kylee plays up the middle and in the outfield — the two jobs that ask a player to cover ground and to be where the ball is going before it gets there. She works with hitting coach Darin Delgado. At school she belongs to the Athletes Committed Club, the Mind over Matter Club and the API Club, which together say something fairly clear about how she approaches all of this.

She has the deepest coaching bench on the team — a pitching coach, a hitting coach and a defensive coach, alongside her high-school staff — which is four sets of eyes on a fourteen-year-old's mechanics and is why she can be handed the circle or the hot corner on the same weekend. She holds an Assistant Principal Award, sits on school leadership, and is in a criminal-justice program.

Jocelyn is a left-handed bat with a right-handed glove up the middle, which is a genuinely hard combination to find and a genuinely useful one to have — a left-handed bat is two steps closer to first before she has finished swinging. She plays competitive soccer alongside softball, in the same months, which tells you most of what you need to know about how much running she is willing to do.

Her school record is the strongest on the roster: the 2025–26 Franklin Champion Award for leadership and excellence, the Principal's List twice, Honor Roll twice, and two years on the Middle School Leadership Team. She also plays volleyball and flag football and rides horses competitively.

League finalist in both the 100 metres and the long jump — the only track credential on this roster and the clearest evidence of speed anyone here has. She works with hitting coach Kirk Laux. She plays volleyball, flag football and runs track, and volunteers at the Vineyard Sacramento food and clothes closet.

Madison pitches and plays first, which is the pair that lets a coach move her without losing anything. She has the coaching to match — Colleen Marchi on pitching and Darin Delgado on hitting — and six years of travel ball behind her without a season off. On top of all of it she has played six straight years of FEBA competitive basketball.

Brooke hits in the middle of the order — a four or five hitter, which is the spot a coach gives the bat she expects to drive runs in rather than start them. Behind the plate she is steady: she blocks, she throws, and she keeps a pitcher calm on a bad inning. And she already teaches it — assistant catching coach for a 10U travel team, working with eight- and nine-year-olds while she is still learning the position herself. Student Leadership since 2023, the Campus Light Club for 2026–27, and volleyball in the 2025 season.
